When using Lonely, you must not:

• Access or attempt to access the service while being a prohibited party as defined in the Terms of Service, or on behalf of one.
• Probe, scan, stress test or attempt to breach the security of our website, licensing servers or payment flow.
• Reverse engineer, dump or redistribute our software, or publish material derived from it.
• Share accounts or license keys, or resell products without an approved reseller agreement.
• Use stolen payment instruments, launder funds, or initiate fraudulent chargebacks.
• Harass our staff or other users, or use our community channels to spam, scam or impersonate.
• Use the service for any purpose that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction.

Violations may result in warning, suspension or permanent termination of your account and invalidation of associated keys, at our sole discretion and without refund. All account, order and access activity is logged, and those logs are used in enforcement decisions and preserved as evidence where necessary.
