Terms of Service

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Lonely ("Lonely", "we", "us"), the operator of honored.wtf and its related services. By creating an account, making a purchase, activating a license key, or using any Lonely software, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not accept them, you must not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to use Lonely. By using the service you represent that you meet this requirement.

Lonely sells license keys for proprietary desktop software. All Lonely software operates entirely externally. It does not read or write the memory of any third party game process, does not inject code into any third party application, and does not modify, patch, hook or otherwise interfere with any anti-cheat or anti-tamper technology. The software works exclusively with information rendered to the screen and with standard operating system input facilities.

Nothing sold by Lonely is designed or marketed to circumvent a technological protection measure within the meaning of applicable anti-circumvention law. See our Anti-Cheat Circumvention Statement for further detail.

Access to Lonely is strictly forbidden for any person who is, or within the previous five years has been, an employee, contractor, consultant, agent, investigator or affiliate of: (a) any video game developer or publisher whose titles our products are used alongside, including without limitation Facepunch Studios, Embark Studios, Epic Games, Respawn Entertainment, Electronic Arts, Bohemia Interactive, Behaviour Interactive, Wildlight Entertainment and NetEase Games; (b) any anti-cheat or anti-tamper vendor, including without limitation Easy Anti-Cheat, BattlEye, Riot Vanguard, Ricochet, FACEIT and Unity Anti-Cheat; or (c) any party engaged in litigation, investigation or intelligence gathering against Lonely or its users.

Any such person who accesses the service does so without authorization, in breach of this agreement, and in violation of applicable computer misuse legislation. Any evidence gathered through such unauthorized access is obtained unlawfully and without our consent. By accessing the service you represent and warrant that you are not a prohibited party.

Purchases grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software for the purchased duration. License keys are digital goods that are consumed at the moment of delivery to your dashboard. Once delivered, a key cannot be returned, resold, exchanged or reissued.

You may not share, resell or sublicense keys unless you are an approved reseller operating under a separate written agreement with us.

All prices are shown at checkout and are payable in advance. Because keys are consumed on delivery, all sales are final and no refunds are given under any circumstances. This is a material term of the sale and you accept it by completing checkout.

Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute or reversal after a key has been delivered constitutes a breach of this agreement. In that event we may immediately invalidate all keys associated with your account, terminate your account, and pursue recovery of the disputed amount together with our costs. All order, delivery and access events are logged and may be used as evidence in any dispute.

To operate licensing, prevent fraud and keep the service secure, the software and the website collect limited technical telemetry, including a hardware identifier (HWID), IP address, session events and crash logs. By using the service you consent to this collection as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal data.

The service is not offered to, and may not be accessed from, Sweden. We may restrict additional territories at any time where local law makes offering the service impractical. You are responsible for compliance with the laws of your own jurisdiction.

You agree to use the service only as permitted by our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, attempted to reverse engineer our software, engaged in fraud, or created risk for other users or for Lonely. Termination does not entitle you to any refund.

The service and software are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. You use third party games at your own risk and you are solely responsible for the consequences of your own conduct within any third party service, including account penalties imposed by that service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lonely shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data or loss of goodwill. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Lonely, its owners, operators, staff and resellers from any claim, demand, loss or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of the service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third party right.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration in Singapore administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre in accordance with its rules, before a single arbitrator, in the English language. You waive any right to participate in a class action against Lonely.

We comply with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) in our handling of personal data. See our Privacy Policy for detail.

We do not accept service of legal process by email, Discord, support ticket or any other electronic channel. See our Service of Process and Jurisdiction Notice for the only accepted method.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the version in force. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance. Questions about these Terms can be sent to legal@honored.wtf.
