Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Lonely ("we", "us") collects and handles personal data through honored.wtf and our software. We process personal data in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Privacy questions can be sent to legal@honored.wtf.

We collect only what the service needs to function:

• Account data: email address and a hashed password. We never store passwords in plain text.
• Order data: products purchased, payment method type, transaction identifiers and timestamps. We do not store full card numbers; card processing is handled by our payment processor.
• Licensing telemetry: a hardware identifier (HWID), IP address, license activation events and version information, used to enforce licensing and prevent fraud.
• Diagnostics: crash logs and error reports generated by the software, used solely to fix defects.
• Support data: messages you choose to send us.

We never sell personal data. We never share personal data with advertisers. We never provide user data, usage records or telemetry to game developers, game publishers or anti-cheat vendors. The only circumstance in which data leaves our control is a legally binding order issued by a court of competent jurisdiction in Singapore and served in accordance with our Service of Process and Jurisdiction Notice. Requests from any other jurisdiction, and informal requests of any kind, are refused as a matter of policy.

Account and order records are retained while your account exists and for as long afterwards as we need them to defend legal claims and meet accounting obligations. Diagnostics are retained only as long as needed to resolve the defect. You may request deletion of your account by contacting legal@honored.wtf; we will delete data we are not legally required to keep.

Data is stored on access-controlled infrastructure, encrypted in transit, with administrative access limited to the minimum number of people required to run the service. Every administrative action on our systems is logged.

We use only the cookies required to keep you signed in and to secure checkout. We do not use third party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Subject to the PDPA, you may request access to or correction of your personal data, and may withdraw consent to processing, understanding that some withdrawals will make it impossible for us to continue providing the service. Contact legal@honored.wtf to exercise these rights.

The service is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. We may update this policy from time to time; the version published here is the version in force.
