Clean-Room Development Statement

All Lonely software is developed independently, from scratch, using original code written by our own developers. Our development process does not involve: decompiling, disassembling or reverse engineering any third party game, anti-cheat or launcher; use of leaked, stolen or improperly obtained source code, SDKs or documentation; or copying of any third party code, assets or trade secrets.

Our software interacts only with public operating system APIs and with pixels rendered to the display, in the same manner as accessibility tools, screen readers and broadcasting software. No proprietary material belonging to any game developer or anti-cheat vendor is present in our codebase.

We maintain internal records of our development history sufficient to demonstrate independent creation. Any allegation of copyright infringement or trade secret misappropriation against our software is unfounded and will be contested.
