Product and order support is provided through your account dashboard and through our Discord community, where response times are fastest. Support staff will never ask for your password.

Legal, privacy and rights holder correspondence should be sent to legal@honored.wtf. This address is monitored for genuine legal correspondence only; support requests sent there will not receive a reply.

We do not provide support, and do not discuss accounts, orders or internal operations, through unsolicited direct messages, phone calls or third party platforms. Any person claiming to represent Lonely outside our official channels should be treated as an impersonator and reported.

No communication to any of our channels, including legal@honored.wtf, constitutes service of legal process. See our Service of Process and Jurisdiction Notice for the only accepted method of service.
