Our software is independently developed original work, as described in our Clean-Room Development Statement, and it does not contain, distribute or circumvent protection on any third party copyrighted work. Screenshots and gameplay imagery on this site are used descriptively to identify compatible games.

If you believe content displayed on honored.wtf infringes a copyright you own or represent, send a written notice to legal@honored.wtf containing: identification of the copyrighted work; identification of the exact material on our site and its URL; your contact details; a statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the rights owner; and your physical or electronic signature.

We review complete notices promptly and remove or disable material where the claim is substantiated. Incomplete, abusive or knowingly false notices will be disregarded, and we reserve the right to seek damages for material misrepresentation, including under 17 U.S.C. 512(f) where applicable.

Takedown notices directed at our software itself, rather than at content displayed on this website, are misdirected: the software is original work and no valid copyright claim attaches to it. Such notices will be contested.
