End User License Agreement

Subject to payment and to your continued compliance with this agreement and our Terms of Service, Lonely grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and run the software on hardware you own or control, for the duration purchased.

You must not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, dump, debug, unpack or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or internal operation of the software.
• Copy, modify, translate or create derivative works of the software.
• Share, resell, rent, lease or sublicense the software or any license key, except under an approved reseller agreement.
• Use the software to develop a competing product, or provide access to any prohibited party listed in our Terms of Service.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notice or license enforcement mechanism.

The software is licensed, not sold. Lonely retains all right, title and interest in the software, including all intellectual property rights. Nothing in this agreement transfers any ownership to you.

We may update, modify or discontinue features at any time. During periods marked "Updating" on our status page, the software may be unavailable; such maintenance windows do not extend license duration and do not entitle you to any refund or credit.

The software includes license enforcement and integrity mechanisms, including hardware binding. Attempting to tamper with these mechanisms terminates your license immediately. We may terminate this license on breach of any term; on termination you must uninstall the software. Sections on ownership, disclaimers and liability survive termination.

The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability under this agreement is limited as set out in the Terms of Service. This agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore and disputes are resolved by arbitration as described in the Terms of Service.
