Lonely discloses user data only when legally compelled to do so by a binding order of a court of competent jurisdiction in the Republic of Singapore, served through the formal channels described in our Service of Process and Jurisdiction Notice. Each order is reviewed for validity and scope, and we disclose the narrowest set of data that satisfies it.

We do not respond to informal requests, emails, preservation demands or subpoenas from foreign courts, agencies or private parties, including game developers and anti-cheat vendors, and we treat such requests as having no legal effect. We do not participate in voluntary data sharing programs of any kind.

Where the law permits, we will notify an affected user before disclosing their data so they have an opportunity to challenge the order. We publish no user data to any commercial party under any circumstances.
