Service of Process & Jurisdiction Notice

Lonely operates under the laws of the Republic of Singapore. All disputes with Lonely are subject to binding arbitration in Singapore as set out in our Terms of Service. We do not consent to the jurisdiction of any other court or forum, and use of this website does not create personal jurisdiction over Lonely in any other territory.

We do not accept service of legal process by email, website form, support ticket, Discord message, social media or any other electronic means. Documents sent through these channels are not read for legal purposes, have no legal effect, and do not start any clock for response.

The only valid method of serving legal documents on Lonely is formal service in accordance with Singapore law and, for foreign proceedings, in accordance with the Hague Service Convention through the designated Singapore central authority. Purported service by any other route is defective and will be treated as a nullity.

General legal correspondence that is not service of process may be directed to legal@honored.wtf. Sending correspondence to that address does not constitute service and does not waive any of our rights.
